And with the right approach and the right knowledge, we can manage our biological age, which will not only expand our boundaries of life, but also dramatically affect its quality.

People who are thinking about founding their own dynasties and looking at several generations ahead are especially keenly aware of trends and unique opportunities and are trying to master a new and very subtle art - to live with resources.

Looking 15-20 years younger and managing your biological age is the real trend of the 20s of the 21st century among successful and successful people.

The human body, being a self-healing system, if properly used, will help each of us to pass on quality biological capital through inheritance, which will undoubtedly be the most important factor in laying the foundation of a future dynasty.

We talked about this and other life hacks and the intricacies of resource life with our speakers.

The topic was presented by the main guest speaker of the "Heirs of the 21st Century" club, Lucia Suleymanova, a systemic and organizational psychologist, an expert in quality of life management, PhD in Psychology, PhD (Mancherster University), an ambassador of the Stanford Personal Well-Being Program and the author of an integrative approach methodology for restoring a psycho-emotional resource. Lucia is an author of articles on Psychologies, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, a columnist for Vedomosti and Forbs, and an expert on federal TV and radio programs.

After talking about the possibilities of the human body, which can switch to active longevity, and discussing all the possibilities of the Stanford Personal Well-Being Program, the guests were introduced to the second speaker of the evening - Vladimir Novikov, the founder of the Vladimir Novikov Dental Clinic on Ostozhenka, which has been operating for 19 years!

Version 3.0".

Club project "Heirs of the XXI century. Version 3.0", which opened on April 22, 2019, consists of 10-12 events per year and is a closed community that brings together people with a conscious approach to building their own dynasty within the framework of the New Culture of Inheritance and the new generation of Inheritors in modern Russia.
