On September 13, 2022, a unique Open Forum Cocktail Event, of the club "Heirs of the 21st Century. Version 3.0", took place at the YURA restaurant on Strastnoy Boulevard. The topic was how to preserve internal resources, and mental and physical health, during periods of crisis and maximum uncertainty in turbulent times.

In the emerging world of a new reality, when the world is arguably as unstable and multimodal as it has ever been, the most important thing for effectively navigating through this difficult time is knowledge – knowledge about stress and the ability to preserve oneself, one's inner resources, mental and physical health, under these extremely trying circumstances.

A deep study of one's mental state, working to overcome high levels of stress, detoxing the whole body and paying attention to its daily condition, habits and reactions, is what will help us all survive this force 10 storm. Thus, bringing the power of the waves to heel and enabling us to surf our lives consciously and effectively.

Catering, based on food products that reduce cortisol levels, a music program that balances the hemispheres of the brain, an anti-stress smoothie from the YURA restaurant bar, special oxygen-rich Legend of Baikal mineral water, and stress tests and comprehensive recommendations from experts on overcoming stressful situations of various levels were all on offer. The topic was presented by the main guest speaker of the "Heirs of the 21st Century" Club, Alexander Orlov – medical department head, chief ideologist of the RODINA Health and Longevity Club, cardiologist and PhD of medical sciences.
